'The facilities are nice as it is a newer, well kept property. The Highpoint is the staff. Whether it was the front desk personnel, or the people who clean the rooms they were as pleasant as could be and willing to do anything they could to assist. I especially want to thank the person who works preparing breakfast. She could not have been more helpful!'

'I purchased the room because it was almost 5 stars. I booked the room for 2 days. I left out after breakfast that first morning and arrived back late that night. House keeping did not clean my sheets or give me clean towels. When I called the front desk, staff told me that the rooms get cleaned every other day. The water took 15 minutes to get hot and the bathroom light went out the second day. This room was a 1 star. The breakfast was delightful.'

'The staff were courteous and very helpful. The condition of the property is poor. We arrived on the 3rd floor and it smelled like weed was planted, harvested, rolled, put in production and was product tested. The smell is so bad that there are air fresheners plugged into the hallways. The room smelled like weed. The bathroom toilet had dried piss on the base of it. And there were roaches! Roaches came out each night when I was making my 2am bathroom run. I mentioned it to staff and they stated...
