'First room they put us in was so humid that the bed felt wet and we found mold in the curtains. They changed us rooms and the second room was just as humid and had good knows what type of stains on the bed, we checked out and demanded a refund which was given'

'The restaurant inside hotel is a five out of ten and due to us using Expedia we had to get whatever room was available and due to my knee being messed up we had stairs to climb and the hotel is beautiful but really have to explain what is available for us to use and what we’re going to be charged extra umbrella and chairs for a beach and ice machine only two available beautiful scenery just really need to give information to guest so we can bring what we need to have a full vacation'

'Parking was our biggest issue, having to walk a good three mins to enter was not great. Made us not want to leave to site see. We Ordered drinks by the bar ( poolside service) and they NEVER came back with our order we waited over an hour..
Then our room ac was hot all afternoon until maintenance came by. Other than that pool and room were in great standards. Clean and fresh. Up front hotel Staff (including cady boy) were also very nice and friendly.'

'Location was great. Lots of great restaurants nearby. Air conditioning worked great. Stay cool. Housekeeping could have been better but we did get fresh towels after turning in the used ones😁Although we didn’t utilize the pool it was clean and well used by all the children staying this weekend. We parked along the building since the parking lot you had to pay every time you parked. Other than that highly recommend.'
