Whether you’re planning a family beach vacation, weekend getaway, or an extended coastal stay, this sixth-floor corner condo offers the ideal combination of resort style amenities. It’s convenient comfortable to rest, relax and smell that ocean breeze. This penthouse hosts unforgettable 360 views that are breathtaking for “Space Deck” gatherings while enjoying front row views of Space X rocket launches, Laguna Madre Bay, Queen Isabella Memorial Causeway, Firework Displays, and The Gulf of Mexico.
The Space:
This modern, fully remodeled corner condo in SPI offers a serene refined retreat, featuring a spacious master bedroom with a queen bed and a guest room furnished with both a full and twin bed. In addition, there is a large, mirrored closet and a TV for flexible accommodations. Everyone will appreciate the fully equipped kitchen, complete with stainless steel appliances and a generous island designed for casual relaxed dining. Moving on, the cozy living room with fireplace provides additional space to unwind your thoughts, offering a generous TV and three full extension recliners that lay back completely for your exceptional comfort. The tiled indoor interior includes a well-maintained full bathroom, stocked with essentials that will provide a pleasant and convenient stay with a smile. Ideal for families or groups of five, this penthouse condo can comfortably expand to accommodate up to eight guests when traveling with little ones. THE POOL & HOT TUB
The community pool provides a spacious and family friendly setting that offers extended shallow areas for all walks of life. The heated hot tubs add an enhanced level of comfort (an amenity not commonly found in many SPI condominiums) and serve as an ideal way to relax after a long day at the beach. Adjacent to the pool, you will find the BBQ area situated beneath a shaded veranda. These first come, first serve grilling stations offer an excellent environment for meal prepping before enjoying a pleasant family meal while remaining close to the pool and your loved ones. In addition, the onsite AC club house provides restrooms, large room with tables, TV and sofa to chill. All this area is great for card games, board games, or just hanging out to cool down.
THE BEACH ACCESS
Private beach access is a notable distinguished feature for Gulfview I. GVI provides its own dedicated pathway to the beach, shared only with the neighboring Holiday Inn Resort on the north side of the complex. All guests can reach the beach in steps. In transition of this cemented access point to the beach, guests will find a selection of food truck restaurants and bars offering excellent food and cocktails of your choice. Once on the beach, guests will have the option to rent an umbrella if shade is needed. With all these options a beach goer will feel right at home with the convenience and enjoyment of anybody’s beach experience. Go catch some waves.
The Neighborhood:
The southern end of South Padre Island offers a quieter, more relaxed atmosphere and is home to some of the island’s finest dining (much of which many visitors never discover). Within just a few steps of the property, at the Sea Ranch Marina, guests will find three highly regarded local establishments: Sea Ranch, known for its casual elegant waterfront dining and consistently rated among the best on the island; Mahi Nics, celebrated for serving the island’s top fish tacos and nachos; and Dirty Al’s, renowned for operating its own shrimp boats and serving exceptionally fresh seafood, widely considered among the best in Texas.
Nearby, guests can also enjoy the beachfront restaurant at the Holiday Inn Beach Resort & Bar, as well as additional dining options including Landshark Grill at the Margaritaville Resort (open to the public), Smoothie Café, Johnny Rockets, Calacas Street Tacos, Kohnami Sushi & Japanese, and Russo’s Family Italian. With such a diverse selection of restaurants within proximity, there is truly something to satisfy every preference within your group. Everything withing a block or two from the condominium!
Other Things to Note:
Pets: This property does not permit pets. We kindly ask that all guests respect this firm policy.
HOA Wristbands: Gulfview I requires all guests to wear HOA wristbands for access to the pool and beach areas. This policy ensures that amenities remain exclusive to registered guests and that the property stays secure. After booking, a refundable $150 deposit is required to obtain the wristbands and parking permit. These items must be returned at checkout for the deposit to be refunded.
SPRINGBREAKERS During March (spring break season DUE TO THE HIGH AMOUNT OF GUESTS), the HOA imposes an additional non refundable fee of $30 per person for wristbands. This fee is set solely by the HOA and is outside our control; we price the condo accordingly and want guests to be fully informed.
Wristbands are strictly enforced by the complex, and without them guests may be asked to leave without refund, so please plan accordingly.
Bedding: All standard beds are prepared with clean, fresh linens. If you intend to use the recliners or bring an air mattress, we kindly request that you provide your own additional bedding.
