'This was such an.amazing place, location was so walkable. The best place we have stayed in the area. Got a great deal in the off season. it was cold out but we stayed cozy here. we walked to the Sift bakery several times for the delicious pastries and coffee. walked to to mystic pizza just down the road. Only thing is if you have small children or knee problems the stairs are steep, like many older homes, but there is a pull out sofa downstairs if someone in your group needs it. There is a...

'Waverly is wonderful. The location can't be beat, no car necessary. The apartment is beautifully kept and the host left us some lovely island treats. There is a great back porch with a wonderful view of the water, as well as a great covered front porch where you can sit and watch the island activity go by. We were so happy to have a dog with us and the host was wonderfully communicative and helpful. I can't recommend enough.'
