« Checked in room around 6pm. Left for dinner. Upon return the door would not unlock. Went to desk and told the gentleman. He made a new key card which didn't work (the lock was flashing red all this time indicating something the hotel should understand). He then came to the door and tried. Did not work. « I made my reservation on they day of, about 7hours before my arrival. I was glad that they were able to accomendate me with an early check in time. When we arrived the check in staff was very friendly and helpful letting us know about the amenities of the hotel. The room was very nice, big enough room to move around in with a rolling walker, and clean. The only problem was that the bed was too high off the floor for a person with mobility problems. Once I got in the bed it was very comfortable....
