We will start with the pros:The place includes a nice game room for kids with foosball and a pool table that has a ping pong topper. It also has a hot tub giving several options to entertain while hanging around the house. The two living areas also provide separate spaces for relaxing. And the kitchen is nicely updated. The reason for the two stars are the following: 1). We arrived at the place around 5pm after the 4pm check in. After unloading we went for a walk to see the view of the lake and then come back to find another car parked in front of the house and someone inside working on one of the bathroom sinks. There was no notice and after getting through the initial concern of a stranger in our place it would have been a minor inconvenience. However they could not fix it and said they had to come back tomorrow. So we had one bathroom with no working sink until late the next day. 2) We were then told that on our last day a washer and dryer was being delivered between 10-2pm which would have been no problem since check out is 10am. But then we were told they switched the time to 8am -10am. That basically forced us to get up earlier than planned as well as rendered the kitchen unusable that morning since the washer and dryer is in the kitchen. Clearly someone else’s time was more important than ours as paying customers. Overall the place was disappointing for the price we paid and the poor service.
