'This is a very cozy, comfortable and tidy loft with a dedicated off street parking spot. It was perfect for our visit with family in the area. There's a beach very near, and lots of good restaurants and things to do. We look forward to returning when we're in RI again.'

The couch is comfortable with a great view of the huge screen television. I stayed here with my teenage son and we both enjoyed our stay. I feel very lucky to have found this place! 'We loved this property! The location was perfect. We enjoyed the lake and visited many of Falmouth’s beaches throughout the week. The kitchen was large and has everything you need to cook for your group. We loved the deck and the propane fireplace. We had two young children in our group and the house had toys, books, and a play set that they enjoyed. Communication with the host was easy. We would definitely stay at this house again!'

We traveled with a 14 month old — the house had high-quality baby must haves, pack and play and high chair. We had the pleasure of a responsive host and caretaker. Close to trails, YMCA and the island’s top attractions … !highly recommend!'

'The property is located in a beautiful little setting set back off the road with a huge lawn and outside patio area. Alan, the owner was very accommodating. Inside was two bedrooms, a bathroom and a nice big living room with a table. Also was a mini fridge along with a microwave and a Keurig coffee maker. A great little hiking area about 200 feet down the road. Beds were comfortable and very clean. I would highly recommend this place.'

'What a wonderful home! We got a surprise when we arrived seeing all of my 3 year old sons favorite toys. He had a blast, as we all did! The water, sunset, the home was just exceedingly lovely. My only note was there was not enough paper towels, trash bags, or toilet paper and we had to get more. Otherwise the overall supplies and accomodations were perfect and above and beyond. The kitchen was otherwise well stocked, although there wasn't much alneth space! Bring bags or boxes to keep food....
