« FIVE STARS!!!This house is absolutely gorgeous—and the property is even better! It was incredibly spacious, filled with natural light, and made for such a relaxing stay. We were welcomed with a thoughtful basket of snacks, which was so appreciated after our long drive! « Beautiful, quiet neighborhood. The home was charming and super clean. The beds were our favorite, especially the queen tempurpedic upstairs. There weren’t many stores around, but Newport Rhode Island was only a 30min drive, which we enjoyed. There were games and tv subscriptions available for a cozy night in. The backyard was lovely with a gas fire pit which we used as well as a gas grill. Our host Tracy was friendly and responded within minutes, making sure everything went smoothly. All in all,...

« The property consists of two rental units but this fact is not obvious from the pictures on the website. We did not get the rooftop deck with a view of the harbor. That belongs to the other unit. The sewer pipes are enclosed in the paper-thin walls of the first floor bedroom of our unit so every time someone flushes the toilet, uses the sink, takes a shower, you can hear water flowing through the pipes followed by loud clanging sound. Along with the loud music, people talking, chairs scraping...

« We truly enjoyed our stay at this Middletown home. The house had everything we needed and more! The kitchen was fully stocked and the outdoor space was perfect. The house was very clean and the bedrooms were comfy. We also enjoyed the beautiful, quiet location with its proximity to Second Beach and downtown Newport. The living room could use some more seating options, but other than that, our stay was perfect! »
