Welcome to the House on the Hill

Hello everyone! Thank you for checking out our home. We absolutely love where we live. We are walking distance to downtown South Bend and the University of Notre Dame. We have 3 bedrooms and 3.5 baths. Our basement is finished with a 70in ultraHD tv and brand new furniture. There is a full bedroom (queen bed) and full bathroom in the basement with a jet tub. The main floor has the master bedroom (king bed with casper mattress) with a full bathroom. There is also a half bath off the main kitchen area. We have all new stainless steel appliances in our kitchen. In our back fenced in area we have a Weber grill and a hot tub that was also recently purchased. Upstairs we have a guest bedroom with a queen bedroom and full bathroom. We are on a corner lot so there is a lot of room for street parking or we also have a long driveway with a 2 car garage. Our property has a ring security system for your safety. Any other questions, please do not be afraid to ask! Thanks again!

Awesome locations for heading to the game. Clean, and comfortable house and beds. 15min walk to the entertainment/bar area or a 4min Uber ride. Also loved Sunny's at the bottom of the street! Thanks for a great stay in South Bend!

Snowy weekend

The house was nice and clean. There was a snowfall just prior to our arrival driveway and steps were cleared and easy for us to enter. There was a problem which was quickly addressed and fixed. We would rent this home again.

Very convenient to campus

We rented for graduation weekend at UND. Property is very clean. Plenty of space. Very functional. Plenty of street parking (though a garage door opener was provided, we did not use it). Host is very prompt to reply with any inquiries, and was very helpful. Easily walkable to Eddy St Commons. Could walk to downtown—The Lauber, and Macri’s deli, bakery, restaurant 10-12” walk. Two miles from Notre Dame Stadium —definitely walkable, though we did not (were dressed up for graduation. On a game day, I would have walked rather than hassle with the traffic and parking).

Amazing house and so close to both downtown and Notre Dame campus where we were attending the Garth Brooks concert. Michelle was great to work with and responded to all my questions very fast! We would stay here again for sure!

Game day weekend

Location,locationLocation. This house is the best. We rented for a ND football weekend and loved it. House is a quick easy drive to campus. (You could walk , if you’re into that kind of thing but we were not) :) We loved being able to walk down to The Lauber for dinner and then over to Corby’s Bar- all with out waiting on a Uber or Lyft. I would highly recommend The Laubers outside patio while waiting for your inside table. I’d also recommend Macri’s which is also within walking distance. Even closer is Roccos Pizza. The home owners were so easy to work with. She even helped me get things organized for my first tailgate! That really helped reduce my stress. The home is a little older so things look lived in. (But not in a bad way) I would also remind anyone that rents this home that this family actually lives in this home. So yes there are some children’s items or personal items but I felt very grateful that they had opened their home to us. I would certainly rent this home again.

Perfect location for an ND Football Game!

Clean, big, and awesome location. Walking distance to Eddy Street Commons as well as Corby's! You can't go wrong with this house. Slept 4 adult males comfortably. Large TV's for Saturday morning College Gameday.

Perfect ND Football Weekend

Got in on Thursday of Purdue Week (South Bend raised, Purdue grad, ND fan). Was a great spot to walk to campus, Eddy St Commons, etc. Beautiful home in a great neighborhood. Would definitely recommend!
