À propos de cet hébergement

Belle maison rénovée très proche de Notre-Dame

  • Hi, thank you for your interest in our house. The house is completely remodeled in 2021 with pretty much new everything including all appliances, bedrooms sets, TV's, etc. It is located within walking distance to ND with plenty of parking. The house contains five total bedrooms and two and a half bathrooms. There are three bedrooms with queen size beds on the main floor and two additional bedrooms in the finished basement. The basement has a kid's bunk beds and a twin size bed in one room, and another full size bed in another room. The backyard has two decks that are great for hosting get togethers. We have put a lot of effort in remodeling this house and we think you will enjoy your stay with us. Thank you for your consideration.

This rental is impressive. Furnishings are quality and beds are comfortable. It is bigger than pictures show and we just felt comfortable from the time we arrived. The backyard space was nice for the kids and adults. Process in and out was very easy. We really enjoyed our stay here. Thank you.

This was one of the best VRBO’s we have ever stayed at. Unbelievably clean, very well appointed. We most appreciate that the host was very generous with consumable items like paper towels, toilet paper, etc. A wonderful space for large people to gather and make new memories. We will absolutely stay here again the next time we are in South Bend. Thank you so much.

Best Location Ever

We recently visited this lovely, very tidy, home for ND graduation. Very easy to communicate with our host, tidy, comfortable beds, and for us, close to campus! We enjoyed walking neighborhood upon arrival and sidewalks were convenient. Martins grocery just down street for coffee creamer and morning juice. Although close to campus, we did drive, but only few minutes. Wonderful visit. THANK YOU

Perfect for a Large Group, walkable to ND

We stayed at the house for a Notre Dame game weekend with 6 total people. The house was clean, seemed recently renovated and was much bigger than it looked online. We had room for many more people if we had wanted to do that. The location was walkable to campus and the football stadium which was important to us and Huy was a helpful and friendly host. Would certainly recommend this house to anyone looking for a good place to stay near campus!
