My lovely Country Home is nestled on a peaceful country lane, surrounded by charming country residences and the occasional turkey moseying across backyard. The backyard is simply stunning, with deer often making an appearance. During the spring and summer, you'll frequently spot bikers and walkers enjoying the scenic route.

There are two entrances to the house: Both front and back doors provide security for our guest, each having a Schlage Smart . The Game Garage also has a Schlage Smart Lock . All three locks will be assigned the same personal entry code.
Lock with a personal code assigned to the guest/s for the duration of the booking stay. One step up leads to the front door under a covered porch giving entrance to living room on the main level. Three steps at the back door's open porch gives entrance to a mud room, great for dropping the winter gear; it leads directly to a short hallway open to the kitchen on the main level, as well as, the lower level or by way of a stairway with a handrail. The Game Garage ( a double garage) is detached from the house, located at the end of the long drive way just a few steps from the stone patio..
Located on the lower level is the laundry facility, a game/play room, the master bedroom with a king bed and another bedroom with a queen bed. Both bedrooms have Smart TV's. A full bathroom is shared on the lower level.
The fully equipped kitchen on the main level with a microwave, dish washer, oven, refrigerator and Deluxe Coffee Bar leads to the open living room space with a relaxing lounge sofa and a large screen Smart TV. The lounge sofa has queen pull out bed. TV Console and an uplifted table hold games and gaming items. An open foyer from the living room leads to the second full bathroom centered between another bedroom with a queen bed and the formal dining area.
From the living room a stairway with a handrail ascends to the large open loft space with 3 twin beds and air mattress, if requested. There is a space with toys for small children, a bookshelf, books, chair with a side table, and a suitcase rack.
Three steps are required to exit or enter the back door and patio space. The beautifully railed back porch deck, is encircled by a paved patio with a gas fire table and white bench seating with night lighting.. large gas grill with a side gas table. A brand new HOT TUB completes the large patio providing the most requested and sought after amenity for guest to relax in privacy. A brick fire pit with wooden benches is located at the back near the tree line of the spacious backyard which is great for family fun, roasting marshmallows , making s'mores and playing games.
The large detached Game Garage is located at the end of a long driveway, just right of the back porch and stone patio, The Game Garage has an electric heater for winter use. Inside the spacious double garage there is a combined pool table/air hockey table, a ping pong table, gaming boards for bean bag toss, a magnetic tic-tac toe on one wall, a bar with stools for snacking, a rug with a nice leather sofa for relaxing with friends or family. Balls and frisbees are stored inside the door for outdoor games. in the big back yard. This is a great additions space to spread your group, play games, relax, have some refreshments as you visit with each other.
