    The main floor features a spacious master bedroom with a queen bed and a beautifully finished full bathroom. Upstairs, you’ll find two additional bedrooms, each with a queen bed, alongside a second full bathroom. A well-appointed kitchen includes everything you need to cook at home, plus a Keurig pod/pot combo coffee maker for mornings made easy. The dining room seats six, with four around the main table and two more just off to the side.



    Relax in the welcoming living room, enjoy the light-filled sunroom, or step outside to the back patio with comfortable outdoor seating. A washer and dryer are available in the unfinished basement for your convenience.

This house is so adorable. Built in 1932 but, they have done a wonderful job of updating while also keeping the architectural charm of its time. Super clean and had everything we needed, shampoo, body wash, conditioner, coffee and essential cleaning supplies, toilet paper, paper towels etc. The only criticisms would be that the power would trip and my husband had to go to the basement to flip the breaker and there is a 4 season porch but it was unusable due to the strong cat odor. We didn’t really have time to enjoy it so no big deal but if that’s a space you were hoping to enjoy that would be a consideration. We would definitely rent again.

Overall, this was a good experience. I’ll start with the positive aspects. The property was very clean. The mattresses were newer and good for anyone without serious back trouble. I do have back trouble and I fortunately brought my own memory foam mattress pad. The kitchen was well stocked and had new appliances. The furniture was aesthetically pleasing but maybe not the most comfortable. The check in process was easy and the management team was very responsive. I picked this property specifically because it advertised a King sized bed in one bedroom and two Queens in the other bedrooms. Unfortunately, the listing was not accurate and there were 3 Queens. With enormous amounts of pain due to a degenerative spinal condition, I am very wary about the types of beds in rentals and hotels. When I arrived & discovered the discrepancy, I was told they were sorry, there was an error & they would correct it, which they did. They asked if anything else would make my stay “more comfortable”, and the answer was “No. However, a credit for the inaccuracy would be nice.” They gave me a little bit less than a 10% discount. The next issue was nobody’s fault, but there was a heavy rainstorm the 2nd night. We had done a load of laundry the day before and went to the basement to get the clothes, to find standing water in the middle of the basement. A few contractors later, it was determined that it was a broken pipe. We were without water for several hours, but it did get fixed
