'The front check-in lady was slow (kept blaming the computer system). She simply seemed as if she did not want to be there. The juice machine was out of order for breakfast and they did not offer anything to replace it for the kids (I'm not giving coffee to my 10 year-old). The hotel was good. The beds were comfortable and the room was good.'

'The rooms are like a Motel 6. Crickets in bathroom. Stains on linens. The pool was very dirty with trash in it. Disappointed, but our fault for booking. Motel 6 would have been cheaper and same experience. (Although We never stay there) and will pay the extra to stay somewhere where we can at least swim in the pool. 👎👎'

'The house was the perfect size for our family and fur babies! There are lots of extras to make the stay more enjoyable. HEB is within walking distance and the neighborhood was super cute and safe. Shopping and restaurants are about 5 minutes away and it’s easy to hop on I-10 to make a drive to SA. We will be back! '

'This was such a unique find! The atmosphere was welcoming and relaxing. We stayed in cabin 6 and had a great view of the creek. The pool at the sister hotel was perfect for our kids to jump in and cool off. We also enjoyed the fire pit in the evening. The room was crisp and clean. The staff was so accommodating through text from the initial booking all the way through until checkout time. I highly recommend if you're looking for a weekend away in the hill country.'

'We had a very nice spacious ground floor room with king bed and large bathroom (suite 7) in the Carriage House annex. It had a view of the main building's rear. It is a nice heritage building. Towels and shower were good. Breakfast offered freshly made hot items and home-made jam of good quality. Friendly staff. Parking in the quiet street in front of the hotel.
Breakfast time between 9 and 10 am, a bit too late to our liking. The king bed was a bit too sensitive to a partner's movements in bed....
