- A 30 m² living / dining room with television, fireplace, 3 sofas, one of which is a convertible (2-seat sofa bed), dining table with 6 chairs, a desk.
- A fitted kitchen of 12 m²: 2-burner gas stove, 2 electric hot plates, electric oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge-freezer, coffee machine, toaster.
- Bedroom 1: 11 m² with a double bed (1.4x1.9m), a wardrobe, a small desk and a chair.
- Bedroom 2: 11 m² with a double bed (1.4x1.9m) and a wardrobe.
- Bedroom 3: 12 m² with a double bed (1.4x1.9m) and a wardrobe. It is large enough to place a baby cot if necessary (not supplied).
- Shower room 1: 4 m² with spacious walk-in shower, bidet, sink and heated towel rail.
- Shower room 2: 2 m² with walk-in shower, sink and heated towel rail.

- Pets not allowed
- No smoking in the house or organizing parties.
- An inventory and an inventory will be made at the entrance and at the exit (the deposit check will be returned a week later by mail if everything is satisfactory).
- The house must be returned perfectly clean, in case the cleaning requires repossessions, you will be retained the sum of 96 € on the deposit.
- Household linen is not provided (blankets and pillows provided).
