'It was ok, supposed to sleep 4, however, the futon in the living area is pretty small & really old, a really nice pull out sofa would've been ideal. The bungalow is spacious & tidy, the covered porch is nice, lots of beautiful greenery on the property.'

'It was a good stay, the room was nice but not the room advertised on Internet. No one was there to check us in or idea of us coming. After getting thru all that , the stay was nice the rooms were clean and facilities were safe and secure. Wifi only worked in common areas, no wifi in rooms. Staff was very friendly. Maid service everyday except Sunday, but they changed towels out. '

'They had to call out the technician for the bathroom, but his demeanor was hurendious. Bad customer service in his part, some German man with no customer service skills. Guess he was mad to be called out for 5 minutes to our villa to use a plunger only. Well the bad experience came about when we checked out and all of a sudden, the surprise visit from hotel staff that we MUST pay for a clogged toilet or they will charge my credit card. Spoke to another German lady and as they put her to speak to...

'I arrived and they had no power. The place was filthy and unkempt along with the pool being green and it took over 20 minutes to find someone on the property. I spoke with the maintenance guy and the head of reservations and he said if I found my itinerary he would work on refunding my money. I came back after finding my confirmation number two time each day taking time from my vacation and I couldn’t find anyone on the property. So in turn I got screwed out of almost $400 '

'This place does not exist! DO NOT book this place. Our taxi driver drove all around looking for this place and nobody knew about it. '

'The directions to the property were wrong and the phone number provided was disconnected. Our taxi driver was unable to find it or contact it. We had to go back to our original hotel. '
