'I didn't see it explicitly stated that the bedroom and kitchen-bathroom areas are separated by a shaded porch. It may not be a big deal to some, but we stayed during 100F weather, so having to step out of the air-conditioned space was not ideal. Additionally, the kitchen-bathroom area is not air-conditioned, so it was like an oven in there while trying to cook meals. Finally, the water pressure in the shower was very low. 'Very conscientious and empathetic host who has done her best to provide everything you could possibly need or want. This is also one of the only vacation rentals I’ve been to that actually had good bedding and high quality pillows and blankets in a human quantity. Good coffee from the nespresso machine too! I have the location a 4/5 only because people like to drive fast on market street and if you request a ride from Waymo it is kind of an arduous walk to get to the pickup point a street down...
