The peaceful village of Kučine offers a relaxed countryside setting while remaining well placed for exploring the Dalmatian Coast and the historic city of Split.

Split is a vibrant coastal city celebrated for its beautiful sunsets, excellent cuisine and rich history. Highlights include the ancient ruins of Diocletian’s Palace, the Cathedral of Saint Domnius, the Mestrovic Gallery and the Archaeological Museum, along with lively waterfront cafés, shops and inviting beaches. The walking trails and viewpoints of Marjan Forest Park provide scenic routes and panoramic views across the city and sea.

Along the coast, charming seaside resorts such as Stobreč, Podstrana and Jesenice offer boat trips to nearby islands including Brač. The wider area is ideal for adventure, with opportunities for horse riding and windsurfing, rafting and canyoning on the Cetina River near Omiš, as well as visits to historic Trogir, Krka National Park, tennis courts, golf courses and coastal boat tours.

Standard changeover clean included in the price. Guests are required to leave the accommodation clean, tidy and in the same condition as on their arrival. Any extra cleaning, laundry, maintenance and/or rubbish disposal required will be charged against the security deposit.
