Villa's in Soleto

'Il giardino e la villa nella quale è inserito l'appartamento da noi occupato sono veramente incantevoli e curati con precisione dal proprietario; piscina sempre pulita e a nostra disposizione, spazi esterni comodi e godibili per giochi e relax, casa funzionale e ben attrezzata. I proprietari, residenti nella villa, molto discreti ma sempre disponibili per qualsiasi nostro bisogno o richiesta. Siamo stati davvero bene!'

'We were a party of 13 comprising 3 separate families. Beautiful villa in fabulous location in centre of town which was a hidden gem with numerous excellent restaurants and a huge market on Wednesday mornings. Great base for exploring the area and lots of different spots to sit and hang out including a delightful terrace. Maria was extremely helpful booking restaurants, organising a chef for one evening and recommendations of where to visit. We were very sorry to leave. Our American friend even...

'Ho soggiornato in questa casa con altre otto persone ed é stata una bella esperienza. La casa era molto spaziosa, perfetta per ospitare un gruppo numeroso. Ogni stanza era ben curata e accogliente, e gli spazi comuni, come il soggiorno e la cucina, erano ampi e ben attrezzati. La comunicazione con chi gestisce la proprietà è stata ottima, sono stati sempre disponibili e rapidi nel rispondere a qualsiasi domanda. Anche la posizione è stata ottima. 'We had a great stay at this house and loved the garden. It is an extra that the house has an alarm and that you can leave your belongings when you are gone. The area has great beaches and a lot of restaurants. Also off season.'

'The property is not walking distance to Castro as described. This should be removed from the description as you need a car to to anywhere. It has lovely views but for the price lacks the higher end facilities that we would expect e.g. the kitchen had many appliances but most were old and could do with replacing. There was ample linen though the towels were not very hard. Outside the small pool had only 2 sun beds both of which had seen better days. For a 4 bed villa 2 beds were not sufficient...
