« The unit was very clean, comfortable I had all the amenities that we needed. The patio door view is awesome. It will be even better. Once the deck is put on we will definitely be back. »

« Great place and very kid friendly. We had to leave early due to a family emergency but the time there was great. The only gripe is the internet is very slow. Very difficult to work remotely. This isn’t anything the owner can control or upgrade. The building needs new wiring to support better technology than DSL running over old phone line. »

« Great location in Snowshoe Village; secure, clean parking garage. Condos individually decorated; ours was Pier1off the shelf. Bathroom and kitchen clean; kitchen adequately supplied. »

« Overall, a very nice room and property. We had a couple problems with electronic key access (to our room and to the front door). While inconvenient, staff always addressed the problems quickly. Make sure you read the check-in instructions and look over maps so you know where to check, etc. Overall, very nice...we will be back and stay in the Highland House. »

« Besides the tv not working and having to go down to the lockers to get and store the equipment it was fun and a great time will definitely be back »

« Love the location! Disliked the elevator not working and the we were on the 4th floor…. Luggage was a nightmare. Our room had one toilet paper roll and no one to call for more, they charge for towels to be switched out. Was not that impressed with Rimfire. »
