'Mr. Larry was an absolute delight!!! His positive disposition was a blessing and a great start to the day! The bed sits on a noisy metal frame that squeaks and groans with every movement. As there is no carpet, you hear everything. The doors don’t reach the floor; so light and all sounds come into the room. The outside door shuts loudly, which wakes you when others come and go.'

'We were too late to get a hotel in College Station for graduation so we looked outside if the city. Jackpot! Management and condition of the hotel were fantastic. Very comfy stay. This is at the intersection of 2 highways and stoplights so road noise is expected. Recent upgrades to the hotel and rooms really reduced this noise. 'The house was as described and easy to find and access with clear instructions from the host. Very cute, well appointed and plenty of space for a group. Only suggestion is to upgrade the quality of the bedsheets and especially pillowcases; it was hard to tell if they were clean or not.'

'This has to be one of the cutest cottages in Texas. Came in for the EEI truck show. We had the best time ever and staying at this cottage put the cherry on top. Beautiful place. 'We stayed at this rental for our daughter's A&M ring day weekend. The drive back and forth to campus is pretty direct and not bad at all. The rental was super clean and decorated very nice! Beds were comfortable. If you plan on cooking there and have more than 2 - 3 people bring extra utensils. Kristen was a great host and very responsive. We found time to enjoy the nice outdoor space on the property but never saw the lake :) We hope to stay here again for a Roundtop weekend.'
