'We had a wonderful day at residence Inn in Providence. We’ve stayed there multiple times and we’ve never been disappointed. Waking up to the gym, which is open 24 hours and then going to the well appointed buffet. Breakfast is a real treat and a great way to get the day started. All the staff are exceptionally friendly and helpful. We highly recommend anyone staying in the Providence downtown area.'

'The room was comfortable and the shower was great. No breakfast option available, but there is a great spot just a few steps away. Room service was quick and very good. There is a speaker in the bathroom to listen to what is on the TV. Only issue is if there is an event with the rooftop bar, you can hear the music if you are on the 5th floor. The music stoped by midnight. '

' Sent to multiple rooms at check in.All were dirty, Shortage of housekeepers. very difficult for front drsk employees. Many unhappy guests. Overpriced. Location noisy. Traffic racing by all night! no on site restaurant, although brewery/pub next door just downstairs with excellent food and beer. Would not stay here again.'

'Highly recommend the Loft as it was a beautiful space. The Heddle room has a glass window in the door to the bathroom. Technically you could shower in privacy but I would rather a solid door. Staff handled an issue with our original room well. They were immediately available when I called and provided both a short term (moving rooms for the night) and long term solution (fixing the issue) plan within ten minutes. Heddle room is a good option if you need a place to sleep and will be otherwise...

'Beautiful room but uncomfortable pillows, needs full length mirror and mirror outside of bathroom. Very loud ac system. Hotel is under renovations but we were not told this at time of booking. Not a major inconvenience but a bit disruptive. Had to travel to another floor for ice machine. Great location and paid parking onsite is helpful'

'The best thing about the place was the staff. Check in was backed up and a fiasco, but staff managed it effectively and were very nice. Parking was fine, water pressure was good. There was an intense smell everywhere which I couldn’t identify. If it was a the smell of a cleaning agent it had a caustic edge to it. The chair in the room was whooped. Peeling pleather. Sticky. The laminate floor in the room was likewise very sticky, The morning coffee set up was pretty pitiful. We arrived...

'Check-in was a bit of a problem as someone was unexpectedly in my room, maybe didn't check out when they were supposed to be I t room appeared to be booked to me in system. Some noise I. The evening from guests on the floor. Should be quiet rules after midnight or 1am. Otherwise, clean and comfortable and housekeeping excellent'
