The house is spread over two floors, which are connected by interior stairs. On the first floor, a living area with a kitchen and a bathroom await you. On the upper floor are the two bedrooms and another bathroom, as well as the open attic.



A highlight of the house are the outdoor areas with private outdoor pool and several terraces, where you can spend your vacation in the sun or swimming. The kids will love the many activity options including a swing and sandbox. Gather the family in the evening for a delicious dinner from the grill on one of the terraces and end the day.



The surrounding area offers beautiful nature with many rivers and waterfalls, many bike trails, zip lines and numerous caves to explore. In just an hour and a half by car you can reach the sea.
