Bonjour, On est très déçu du tabloid restaurant, après avoir réservé un dîner via notre hôtel pour le 10/02/2024 à 20h30... On est arrivé au restaurant à 20h25 malheureusement l'accès nous a été refusé parce qu'on est des personnes de couleur... La responsable prétendait n'avoir plus de table disponible pour enfin nous laisser rentrer sous la pression !!! A notre grande surprise, il y avait plusieurs tables de disponibles. Plus jamais ça ! You would have been immediately assigned to your table if you would have immediately mentioned your reservation and room number. We would again like to add that, no racism is harboured in any way in the managing of our outlets- the hotel even employs numerous valued people of various nationalities in all levels including management.Nonetheless, your information has been forwarded to the relevant department heads for due consideration and action.We do hope that the rest of your experience in our hotel met your expectation and hope you will consider returning to one of our 7 AX Hotels and outlets. Parfait !
Hotel parfait. Localisation excellente pour naviguer dans le pays en bus ou bateau et proches des restaurants et bars pour le soir. Quartier calme. Personnel aux petits soins, petit dejeuner buffet tres varié et de bonne qualité, possibilité de reserver des excursions directement au comptoir de l'hotel. La chambre est spacieuse, la salle de bain pratique et impeccable. Merci !

Le service Waouh !!
Quand vous arrivez à l'hôtel, qu'il est 2h du matin, vous avez plus de 3h de retard dû à une grève et vous êtes accueilli par une personne gentille, avenante et qui prend la peine d'organiser une surprise pour votre anniversaire, vous n'avez pas de mots pour qualifier la qualité de l'accueil. Simplement WAOUH !!! Je ne remercierai jamais assez la personne de la réception en période nocturne. Je n'ai qu'un regret : ne pas lui avoir demandé son nom. Voilà, la barre était haute et pourtant, dans cet hôtel, tout le monde semble au niveau. Ceci dit, c'est un hôtel dans une rue calme mais près de tout.

idéal pour visiter Malte
Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour dans cet hôtel qu'un ami nous avait conseillé. Il est idéalement situé à Sliema pour visiter La Valette (à 5min à pied du port, la traversée en bateau dure 5min), St Julian et parcourir l'île en taxi. Les chambres sont spacieuses et bien agancés pour pouvoir ranger toutes ses affaires. Le petit-déjeuner est copieux, il manque juste un peu de légumes cuits . L'hôtel possède 2 piscines en extérieur pour profiter du soleil maltais mais nous avons apprécié se reposer au bord de la piscine intérieure avec son sauna. Une mention spéciale à Kedar Tiwari qui maintient ce lieu très propre et agréable à la détente, et qui répondait toujours avec le sourire aux questions de la clientèle. Si vous voulez découvrir la cuisine maltaise de qualité (le lapin notamment), il y a le restaurant Il-Merill à deux pas qui est excellent. Ou Mint pour des petits plats maisons de qualité en journée. Merci pour la carafe d'eau remplie quotidiennement. Toutes les équipes sont au petit soin. C'est très agréable.

A great stay
A great hotel, easy access to lots of restaurants. The adjoining hotel has a cafe with a terrace too if you want to enjoy the sunshine. Breakfast was a buffet with lots of choices, and the staff were very accommodating !

Du très bien et du moins bien. Premier contact parfait, personnels d'accueil très chaleureux et sympathique Chambre prête avant l'heure, chambre spacieuse et confortable même pour une chambre classique. Petit déjeuner très bien, Le bémol se trouvaient au niveau des piscines et notamment celle du rooftop. Celle ci ressemblait plus a une piscine municipale qu'à une piscine d'hôtel 4 étoiles Très bruyant, très agité, et de plus pas très propres. Personnel de la piscine bien moins agréable que leurs homologues de l'accueil Il y a vraiment deux niveaux différents entre la partie hôtel et la partie piscine Séjour agréable mais mitigé.

Excellent petit-déjeuner et dîner!Personnel aimable et souriant . les moins : notre choix portait sur le Victoria palace mais à notre arrivée il était en travaux et nous avons été redirigés vers AX palace .Nous aurions aimé le savoir à la réservation ( faite un mois avant ).nous avions une climatisation défectueuse faisant beaucoup e bruit .La literie n'est pas à la hauteur d'un 4 étoiles ( matelas à ressorts et dur ).Ménage fait très rapidement dans les chambres et laisse à désirer ( projections sur le miroir sont restées toute la semaine ).

parfait séjour en couple!
séjour de trois nuits parfaites dans l'établissement. avons été surclassés au palace victoria hotel (juste à côté). les installations (piscines intérieure & exterieure) sont vraiment sympa (eau un peu fraiche en extérieur) mais on se ratrappe à l'intérieur :)

Tres bien.
Nous devions séjourner au AX Victoria mais nous avons été déplacer au Palace ( sûrement du à la situation actuelle) Donc cet avis est en rapport avec l’hôtel AX Palace qui est vraiment super. Piscine rooftop génial, salle de sport spacieuse, emplacement parfait, chambre très propre et confortable et petit déjeuner très bien.

Nous avions réservé 1 semaine au AX The Victoria, nous avons été redirigé au AX The palace (5 étoiles) qui se trouve à 1 minute à pied. La chambre était spacieuse avec un beau balcon. Les piscines sont agréables. L’hôtel et la chambre étaient très propres. Une désinfection très régulière des points de contact est faite. Le personnel était souriant et serviable. Un petit bémol sur la literie qui est molle.
