JULIA, modern tasteful artist house, old town Skopelos Mama Mia island

Julia is a compact fantastic holiday home and is beautifully built and furnished.
The house has been completely rebuilt and tastefully furnished to offer every modern comfort in a mix of vintage and new. In 2019, a new air conditioning system for the entire home and a very strong internet rooter were installed. There is a beautiful view of the city and the mountains from the large covered terrace above.
The entrance is from a pedestrian street. The ground floor flows into a fresh sleep and bathroom (with air condition) with beautiful hand-woven curtains that offer privacy if required. There is a double bed (140 x 200 cm) with a silent ceiling fan above it. The bathroom is very modern with an amber top and a large and beautifully tiled walk-in shower.
A staircase takes you to the upper floor where there is an open plan kitchen with all necessary utensils. There is a breakfast bar, a small bar and a sofa, and there is also a ceiling fan here
Large sliding windows open onto a nice pleasant covered terrace with a table and chairs for eating outside.
Julia offers you a fashionable interior, a decoration with hand-made objects, Moroccan bats and original artwork in a Greek setting.
10 minutes walk and you are down on the pleasant harbor or also on Glioneri beach.
Very quiet neighborhood.
