Our basic rental rate includes everything necessary for an excellent stay. However, if you wish to add additional services, here are the extra costs for each:
Payment Methods:
Visa Card: 3% surcharge.
Bank Transfer: No additional fee.
Cleaning Costs:
Stays up to one week: Final cleaning cost of €350 at the end of the stay.
Two-week stays:
Mid-stay cleaning: 2 hours, performed by 2 people halfway through the stay, costing €90.
Final complete cleaning: At the end of the second week, costing €350.
Three-week stays:
Two mid-stay cleanings: One at the midpoint of the first week and another at the midpoint of the second week, each costing €90.
Final complete cleaning: At the end of the third week, costing €350.
Tourist Tax: €1 per adult per day for the first 7 days.
Low Season:
Monthly rental: Water, electricity, and gas: €1,200, based on actual consumption.
Weekly rental: Heating supplement: €300 per week.
Option for Heated Pool at 30ºC: €250 per week.
Late Check-in:
From 8:00 PM to 12:00 AM: €45.
After 12:00 AM: €70.
Pets: Supplement of €100 per week.
Security Deposit: €1,250.
