'I'm still awaiting to hear back from Expedia. I'm supposed to get a full refund in the amount of $73+ dollars. I did not stay at the property. In fact I only arrived to get abused, made to feel threatened, and made to flee the property. Still as of right now 24 hours later both Expedia and the property are holding on to and benefiting from having my money while I got nothing in return but one of the worst customer experiences possible.'

'The women at the front desk were cheerful, lovely to work with and due to a last-minute issue, which prompted an extra night for lodging, they did an awesome job to assist. Good nearby food, not far or hard to get around. We will be back in another week.'

'It’s a beautiful location with one of a kind views. Large and nicely appointed rooms. A/C/heater, fridge and several power outlets did not work. Even after informing the front-desk, these issues were not taken care of. Staff and front-desk manager seem not to care.
