Brought a party of 10 to enjoy a Christmastime mountain retreat. This house was so spacious! The bunk room was great for the kids, and the private hot tub was enjoyed by all. Would bring the extended family back in the future.

Very nice home. Great location near golf course and very quiet and peaceful. Awkward situation with bunk room which accommodates 4 guests. There is no bathroom facility for that room and guests would have to pass through laundry room and kitchen to find one. Fortunately we had cancellations and didn’t use that room.Upon arrival we had no code for key lock boxes.When we phoned property manager they had to go through several sets of numbers to get the proper codes.Would love to visit again .Thank you, Richard Ogan

Relaxing Escape in the Woods

We enjoyed our stay and the spacious amenities. We used the nice, well-maintained hot tub, a nice kitchen with air fryer mode, a mini bar, a big TV, an updated deck, and the paved trails for walking through the neighborhoods.

5 Star Rating????

Upon arrival, we were told to remove our shoes in the house. We did so but after discovering our feet/socks were filthy, we stopped. The kitchen counters were disgustingly dirty. The living room had potatoe chip piece on the coffee table/end tables. BBQ was filthy and unusable. Garage was locked and it took 6 hours to get instructions on how to get in. Not sure how this is an 'Excellent ' rated house????

Amazing spacious home

Awesome home. Tons of space for everyone. All bedrooms are spacious with big comfy beds. Bunk room for the kids was perfect.

The host fee is excessive. We stayed 2 nights and the host fee was nearly the same as the price for two nights. In addition we paid the service fee to VRBO and taxes. The property is very nice but the host fee is unreasonable. Of course our choice but just beware.

Clean & Beautiful

Home was clean. Kitchen was well appointed with everything one needed. Roomy and we enjoyed the hot tub. Only issue was that the entry code provided didn't get us in, but when we called mgmt, they gave us a different code which worked. Mgmt promptly had a plumber respond to a plugged drain in one shower. So over all, no complaints. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend this home to others.

Beautiful Home

The location of the house was in a quiet neighborhood with the back of the house facing the golf course. Their are 5 bikes in the garage as well as other sport’s equipment. Another plus is the basketball hoop. The ranch has numerous bike and walking trails right out the end of the driveway. The kitchen is very well stocked with pots and pans, dishes, small appliances and anything else one might need. In what we called the bunk room is a second refrigerator. The deck faces the golf course and has lots of seating and a hot tub. The only drawback was that the house needed more lighting. Every bedroom has a TV. We throughly enjoyed our stay at this home and the Ranch with all the amenities. The tall pines were so beautiful as was the surrounding community’s.

Wonderful place and cabin for a family escape. There are endless activities on and around the ranch. Plus, we were able to unplug from electronics successfully.

Great time with friends

This was such a lovely home to rent. We had four families with a group of kids. The kids (and parents) appreciated the bunk room space. The house provided plenty of space for the group to hang out and enough space for us to separate as needed. I would suggest the couch in the living be upgraded. The low back made it not very comfortable.
