« Our initial contact was a person on a monitor greeting us in the corner. A little unnerving after a long road trip. The water faucet in the shower needed constant handling for volume and temperature. Unacceptable. A dried used wash cloth on the shower curtain rod. Yuck. The room and amenities were adequate. The breakfast room offered a basic fare... waffle machine, bagels, yogurt. Guests were there for the Shakespeare Festival and students/family arriving for Southern Oregon University...

« Really nice 2 bedroom apartment in historical house-great applicances, comfortable and spacious living and bedroom areas. We were only two, comfortable for up to 2 couples easily. 10-15 minute walk to downtown along pleasant street. Coffee shop around the corner. Very pleasant and comfortable stay , and reasonably priced. »

« It looked like there hotel was being brought up to date with new TVs and recent painting inside my room. The walks seemed a bit thin as I could hear a baby cry off and on for several hours in the afternoon. I couldn’t figure out how to get the local channels either the remote so just used my iPad Good WiFi »

« This is in my top-3 in Oregon. Stayed there 4 times. Each time was nice. This is a botanical garden, everything is organic. All rooms are nice. It's a perfect place where to relax and just enjoy life. Kudos to everyone. This hotel is a jewel. »

« Location location location! Very close to all the OSF facilities. Very close to lots of restaurants. Thoughtful staff and wonderful breakfast. We had to leave early our last morning and they prepared a take away breakfast. The furnishings are a little tired but everything else was excellent. We would definitely stay there again. »
