Charming, recently renovated and very comfortable stone country house for up to 8 people with a private swimming pool located within walking distance of the village of Siorac en Périgord, in the heart of the Périgord Noir.

This country house is set over two floors with a large living room and well-equipped modern kitchen on the ground floor. There are also two double bedrooms on this level, each with an en suite shower room, as well as a separate toilet and utility room.

The staircase leads to the first floor, which comprises of a sitting area, separate toilet and two double bedrooms, each with its own shower room.

Outside, through the French doors in the kitchen, you'll find a first terrace equipped with an awning and a large table, perfect for al fresco dining. From the living room, you have access to a second terrace with garden lounge furniture, overlooking the private swimming pool complete with its sunbathing area and parasols, offering stunning views over the countryside.

For your confort, all bedrooms and the living room are equipped with air-conditioning.

Maid service: A 3 hour clean per week is included for the kitchen and bathrooms.

Options are available for this property:

- Linen pack : includes 3 towels per person (2 bath towels and one pool towel) and bed linen (sheets, pillowcases and duvet cover).

- Baby pack : The baby pack includes a high chair and a cot.
