Spectacular panoramic views from this luxury condo on the 24th floor. Superb designer furnishings, artwork and luxury fittings in the latest Ritz Carlton development with Ritz quality facilities and amenities.
This 2 bedroom (plus den), 2.5 bathroom unit has 180 degree views of the Atlantic Ocean, Palm Beach and the Intercoastal waterway. This spacious condo has a gourmet kitchen opening into a great room encompassing living and dining areas with a 65' 4k tv/dvd/cd/. Separate den with tv and convertible sofa. The master suite has direct ocean views from your king bed, 55' tv, luxurious master bath with 2 vanities, large jacuzzi and walk in robe. The luxurious second bedroom suite has a queen bed, views of the intercosatal waterway, large tv, full bath and walk in robe. The condo also features 9'4' cieling heights, a maytag laundry room, marble and wood floors, granite countertops and Bosch and sub-zero appliances. All the living spaces have wonderful water views and the great room, den and master bedroom have access to a large deck/balcony with southern exposure. The condo includes an underground garage space with direct elevator access to the apartment floor.
The Ritz Carlton Residences at Singer Island is a brand new development with award winning accolades and fantastic amenities- including 2 pools, one an infinity pool on the beach and a second larger pool, several spa pools, on-site restaurant, 2 private movie theaters (available to you at no cost), 2 fully equipped state of the art fitness centers (excellent), 2 social rooms with pool tables, concierge service and tennis courts adjacent.
Singer Island is located just minutes from famous Palm Beach, the Gardens Mall, Downtown at the Gardens, Palm Beach Zoo, Planetarium, lots of fantastic shopping, restaurants and golf courses. Within easy walking distance of the condo there are several restaurants, a bagel shop, ice cream store, pizza parlor and convenience store. The Ritz Carlton on Singer is only 15 minutes from the West Palm Beach international airport.
All in all the condo represents a unique opportunity to combine a completely relaxing beach vacation- palm trees, beach walks, sand castles, sitting by the pool with a long drink -with great sports facilities, shopping, restaurants and nightlife. We love it and think you will too.

Incredible place/incredible stay

What an awesome week staying at this BEAUTIFUL high-end Singer Island home. The pool is incredibly beautiful, the amenities are fabulous (we were able to have a date night in the movie theatre downstairs). Everything about this home screams luxury. Carolyn and Greg were incredibly gracious hosts and their communication before, during and after was fantastic. What an incredible place to relax. I have stayed at many places on Singer Island and this is, without question, my favorite.

Amazing condo with wraparound deck overlooking the Atlantic Ocean

Stunning, elagent and cozy with world class amenities. We visit the West Palm Beach area frequently and have never had a more upscale and comfortable stay. Communication with the host was easy and quick. We will be back again!

Everything we were hoping for

We had an all around great experience! And while we came for a beach trip, we had red flags the entire time we were there, so we spent more time at the pools than we otherwise would have. The attendants are very helpful and the supply of nice fresh towels is plentiful. Also, the facilities around the pool are beautiful as well. My wife and I love to cook, and the kitchen was well supplied. We cooked several meals during our stay and were always able to find what we needed. I have to say that there were a couple of kitchen items (hello Mr electric wok) that made me wish for more chances to cook a meal. Maybe next time. The beds are comfy, the linens smell nice, and the air conditioning is nice and cool. Also, Carolyn and Greg are fantastic hosts, so you’ve really got the whole package. Come enjoy it without any reservations. You’ll be glad you did.

Avoid the crowds and rent this beautifully furnished and clean condo on the 24th floor offering great views for sunrises/sunsets and enjoying coffee, cocktails and meals on furnished balcony. We enjoyed the two pools, private beach, inside parking and other Ritz Carlton amenities.

3rd fab stay here at this elegant ritz in the sky...

The unit is beautiful, spacious, and oh so easy to live in. When I retuned for the 3rd time, it felt like a homecoming. Sunrise and sunset views from the large balconies are magnificent. On a holiday weekend, the lovely Ritz was surprisingly quiet. I often had the big pool to myself. I also usually had the well equipped gym all to myself. Beach attendants are attentive. Carolyn (host) is caring, fun, helpful and very communicative. She really wants her guests to have a top-notch experience!
