'Property nice. Room is beautiful, until you walk in. These people love their Fabuloso floor cleaner. The smell was overwhelming & unbearable. Considered sleeping in my car. Ironically enough, the hostess in her welcome message made it explicitly clear not to use candles or airfreshners of any sort due to other people’s allergies or whatever. Nothing could ever over power the smell of Fabuloso..it was truly overwhelming. I left windows open all night & door cracked open hoping it would air out....

'Nice visit'

'Booked a room months in advance with so-called "island view", only got a room with view on trees, room was dark and no view. Requested another room from reception , which was not possible due to a fully booked hotel, refund of my booking was denied and was charged fully for 2 nights!! Also found out that the facility is actually a time sharing facility!!'

'Overall an easy and cheap hotel. No amenities, and the rooms were either run down or missing some stuff. But the murals were amazing.'

'Great place to stay for the price! Parking is extremely limited and on a first come first serve basis. Otherwise you have to park off site and the neighborhood is a little sketchy. They do offer about 5 reserved spots though for $15 each. The place has been remodeled but don't expect perfection. Overall this place is great if looking for a cheap place to stay before your cruise (port is only about 5 minutes away).'

'The Spanish restaurant is amazing the food is very good the service is attentive. The rooms are clean showers hot and breakfast is good'

'Amazing resort amenities, it was a stunning property. We will be returning next year. It has plenty to do for children, such as great family spot.'

'Bed is very small. '

'They should keep the gym a little cleaner and the maintenance for the gym equipment in good condition.'
