Beach Front Property in beautiful West Palm Beach, Singer Island

After parking in one of our convenient parking spaces that comes with the unit....Imagine walking into a beautiful Floridian building built in 1957, all restored. You will be greeted by a modern and luxurious lobby. You will discover how safe the building is as the door locks behind you and only a code will get you in. You can choose to take the elevator or stairs to the door of 407, where a warm tropical breeze will accompany you as you walk into your vacation rental. Inside you will find a lovely breakfast nook, full and equipped kitchen with a 2 door fridge/freezer, stove and oven, dishwasher and all the cooking items you will need to make your feast. Don't feel like cooking, just walk to anyone of the several restaurants located right up the street. Or put your feet up on our "cloud" sectional and watch whatever your heart desires as wifi is included on our big screen tv. Maybe go outside to our spacious balcony and have a glass of wine or a mocktail, while you look out to the ocean and pool where you might dip your feet in tomorrow. Retiring for bed, you will be greeted with a Queen size bed and an ensuite bathroom where you will find a bathtub, tonnes of vanity space and a stacked washer/dryer. After waking up the next morning you may want to spend time at our beautiful and large swimming pool, or opt to take our private walkway to the Ocean where there is a beach chair service just for your convenience. Whatever you do, I promise you will be coming back to do it all over again next year.
