Out of the six nights I stayed, room service was provided only once, even though the rate charged suggests that rooms should be serviced daily.
The internet speed is slow, and although the TVs show options to use apps or cast content from a mobile phone, these features do not work because the TVs are not connected to the internet.
In addition, noise from both the neighboring rooms and the room above is very noticeable, which made it difficult to rest.
