« Nice place in a great neighbourhood. Walk to the beach and close to Cowes. Everything we needed for a family catch up. The house needs a good clean. Apparently the cleaners came through before us but it didn’t seem like it. The bedding was filthy and the mattresses also. I bought new bedding so my kids didn’t have to use the ones provided. »

« The house itself was wonderfully positioned for us to use the beach. The house was mostly clean, but some sheets were very thin and one set had stains on them (Photo taken) All the windows need a clean. Kitchen sufficiently stocked with equipment. Dust bunnies under all the couches. Appreciate it is hard to do a full clean with minimum time between customers. We had a lovely Christmas gathering and would recommend to friends. As a professional cleaner, I would be happy to come back and clean all...

« We had a very bad experience. The place was nice enough but the host was incredibly rude and accused us of causing damage, which we did not. He could not provide evidence of any damage when asked to so. Would not book any accommodation through stayz ever again. We are still trying to refute a fraudulent charge. The customer services through stayz is very poor. »

« We enjoyed our 2 night stopover to check out Phillip Island. The house was clean and well presented. It is well equipped with all you need including a washing machine and dryer. The game room was a hit with the end of the day unwind. The stairs are great outside although it did make it a bit harder to get stuff from the car in the rain. But easier to prevent the little one falling down them. The view was amazing and we even got to see the whales from upstairs. And having lorikeets visit...

« The location was excellent, although the photos gave the impression it was right on the beach, rather than nearby. Nicely equipped. Could have done with some wifi but not critical. Games room was good. Nice place. Had a great weekend »
