'The host was nice but her son was very unpleasant and unprofessional,he threw a party while I was there with my guests and proceeded to party until 2am.he was also a constant bother .'

'House is in need of updating, electrical covers missing, dirty bathrooms "hair " in sinks, showers etc. T.V.'s in all rooms but most didnt work, ants crawling up kitchen cabinets. I could go on but you get the idea. Way overpriced for what it is and i should get money back for a miserable experience.'

'We drove up to the house, noticing a couple of torn window screens and some rain-soaked paper hanging off the mailbox. We had to ring the doorbell a couple of times before we heard a voice from the intercom. They had difficulty hearing us, asked whether we were staying that day or the next (it was supposed to be both), and then replied, "Oh. Wait a minute." Many minutes passed and no one came to the door. We can only imagine that we caught the host off guard. We double-checked our rental dates....

'This was our second stay here. It's a convenient, well-laid out apartment. It was very clean when we arrived, and the hosts were friendly, inviting my kids to look at the chickens and giving us some delish pickled carrots. We really look forward to returning a third time!'

We had my daughters baby shower in Baltimore and so 4 families stayed there comfortably. One room has 4 beds which was perfect for the kids. The ass says 2 bathrooms but really it’s 3! 'Spacious apartment with a comfortable bed and a very nice, modern shower. The apartment was clean, quiet and in a safe neighborhood. Parking was free (upon registering on ParkDC) easy to find. The apartment check-in, etc information was on VRBO instead of Orbitz and for some reason I couldn’t access the check in information although I have a VRBO account. The check in was the only hiccup in a very pleasant stay.'
