'Great base camp for exploring the porkies. Unfortunately the weather did not cooperate with our plans to ski and snowboard this year but we enjoyed our stay. We hiked and made some great food, played cards and rested up after Christmas and celebrated New Years Eve in the cozy cabin.'

'Three of us adults, had stayed at Erin's property 3/1/24-3/4/24. It was more than we expected. Even thou we were there for the "Lost Winter" the location is perfect. The cabin is extremely clean, 3 bedrooms 2 baths, it was great. They have Roku, which I love. It was probably the worst time of year to be there, but I loved it. It was what we all needed. 'My husband and I were looking for a place with some quiet, some beautiful views and creature comforts. This place has it all! The cabin was spacious, kitchen amazing for cooking big meals, the private beach and hiking trails were picture perfect and the solitude was unmatched. 'Everything was pretty much as presented in the description. The owner kept in communication with me, asking if I needed anything. It’s an older home, but she has kept it up and it had everything you needed. We went there to snowmobile, unfortunately for the first time in decades, there was no snow. The only issue is the location is on the highway, and even though it is in town, log trucks rolled through all night, if you’re a light sleeper it could be a problem. All being said, we’ll try again...

'Super warm and cozy! Very accurate listing, bathroom was very clean, loved the coffee bar and that you provide jams and other items we didn’t want to bring up with us. Neighborhood is quite and felt safe even though it’s older. House is close to the porcupine mountains park and lots of deer everywhere! Will stay here again in the summer!
