'Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Room was comfortable and had basic facilities. Kitchen and kitchenware was set up nicely. One minor detail I would mention is that cleanliness. It’s not dirty or gross but lack on some aspects. The windows were foggy and dirty so I wouldn’t recommend paying for the partial ocean view you won’t be able to see it anyways (there’s no way to clean yourself). The black parts of the walls had white marks and scratches but that isn’t a big deal stuff happens....

'Great location, Friendly staff. We had the Panorama room, which was smaller than it looked like in the picture. Still very functional and nice interior. The matras from the bed is low on the floor and one side to the wall, this was, for us, not so practical. All together, because of the fabulous location, still happy with our choice. '

'I highly recommend Caelum Black Gangnam, it was such an easy location between two subway stations, eateries and coffee shops close by but most of all, the communication and hospitality of the management team was exceptional. There was a little mishap with parking, but Seri, the property manager went above and beyond to make things right. Also overall communication with any questions and requests were prompt. I will definitely return to Korea and Caelum Black for sure!'

'Being close to Seoul Station gives you a central location for subway use, plus you can get to the apartment without going outside, which is good in monsoon season. Relatively quiet neighbourhood, with some local restaurants just up the hill. Nice view.'

'Check in at the beginning was difficult, as when you get to the building it is very confusing to access the elevators. I believe I was sent a code however it did not work for the elevator lobby and I had to rely on others entering or exiting the space.'

'【いいところ】 ・駅からホテルまでとても近い！ ・荷物を部屋まで運んでくれる。スタッフに伝えれば。 ・オーナーが日本人ですか？ってレベルで、日本語が上手で、日本語で話も通じるので、とても聞きやすくてよかった。 ・電車も路線が3つあって、明洞やトンデムンなど出やすかった。 【気になるところ】 ・電車の線は多くて便利だけど、若干、路線と路線の間の距離が長く歩く。 ・ホテルにエレベーターがない。 →スタッフに伝えて持ってくれる。 ・部屋は狭いので、スーツケース広げるのがちょっと大変。 ホテルは、シャワー浴びて、寝るだけ！でいい方は、かなり満足できるホテルだと思います！'
