'This was the best home stay we have ever experienced! Danesh and his family were so welcoming and helpful and it was lovely to get to know them over our 5 day stay. Danesh organised various activities for us including seeing wild elephants, a cooking class, and a bike ride. He also helped with booking tuk tuks and taxis whenever we needed. 'Really cute new hotel! The staff was amazing! Due to miscommunication we arrived in another hotel, therefor we arrived late in Serenity. But it was al good and they took good care of us. They don’t have a restaurant, but the staff dien’t hesitate when we asked for some drinks! They went on a motorbike for us, late in the evening, for some drinks for us! So nice! Also, the room was amazing. Really big, nice bed, good working a/c and wifi! Really recommend this hotel! '

'Amazing experience to be sleeping “outside” and waking up to the sounds of all kinds of animals. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Some of the best food we have had in Sri Lanka. Perfect location near both Sigiriya rock as well as pidurangala. We had hired bycicles to explore the surroundings, which I would highly recommend as well!'
