A vacation rental in the heart of Sigean with a terrace, less than 10 minutes from the Mediterranean beaches. Here’s a glimpse of what you can explore: the Sigean African Wildlife Reserve, the Bages-Sigean Ponds, the beaches of Port-la-Nouvelle and Leucate just a few kilometers away, the picturesque village of Gruissan, Fontfroide Abbey, and Narbonne. The Spanish border is a 1-hour drive away. For cycling enthusiasts, the trails winding through vineyards and hills offer splendid panoramic views. Sigean has plenty of shops to make your stay more convenient: grocery stores, supermarkets, restaurants, a bakery, and more. On-site, the cottage features a private upstairs terrace with patio furniture where you can enjoy your meals outdoors. The air-conditioned cottage opens onto a staircase on the first floor, providing direct access to the upper level where the living area is located (with two small intermediate landings): - A large living room with a fully equipped open kitchen (dishwasher, oven, microwave, espresso and drip coffee makers, fridge-freezer) and a dining table with a seating area featuring sofa beds for 2 additional guests, a foosball table, and a smart TV, with access to the terrace. - Bedroom 1: one 140x190 cm bed. - Bedroom 2: one 160x200 cm pull-out bed. - Separate bathroom: shower, sink. - Separate toilet. Public parking on the avenue with ample parking available. Cleaning fee to be paid at the time of booking.
