🔎 Need to Know
Sunburst Courtyard is limited to one rental per 30-day period in accordance with Sarasota, Florida ordinance, and reservations must comply with applicable Sarasota County code regulations. The pool is heated from November 15th to April 15th. While the heater works to maintain comfortable temperatures, performance can vary during colder weather. Exterior security cameras are installed at the front door for security purposes only. No cameras are located inside the home or in private guest areas. The boat pictured by the dock is privately owned and is not available for guest use. We happily welcome up to two small dogs, each weighing 25 lbs or less, with a $250 fee per pet. Breed guidelines apply. The minimum age to rent this property is 26. A rental agreement is required to be signed after booking and prior to check-in. By booking, you acknowledge that you will be required to complete and sign the rental agreement.
