Long weekend

Dan was a great host. Very responsive and gave me good tips for local area. Nice to have free access to beach chairs, wagon, beach towels umbrellas, SUP and kayaks. Ive had to pay quite a bit for those items in the past when staying at beach hotels. And though we didn’t use it, there is a gas grill outside. Place is very close to beach, clean and as described - beds were comfortable and there was plenty of room for myself and 3 teen kids. We rented bikes, which for us was sufficient mode of transportation. Was nice to be able to walk the beach at night to and from the restaurants. Would definitely come back.

Great location, love the access to point of rocks. We really enjoyed the use of the paddle boards and kayaks. The condo was very accommodating with beach chairs, beach towels, and umbrellas. That was a bonus not having to pack all of ours from home. We would stay here again if we’re ever back in Siesta Key.

Great vacation rental

The property is located steps away from a public beach access making it very quick and easy to access the beach. It was a very clean rental. Dan was very easy to get in contact with if we needed anything and very quick to respond. We had a wonderful vacation on Siesta Key! We will likely be back!

Great vacation spot!

Super clean, well maintained, well appointed, great location! 1 minute walk to the beach. Close to several really good restaurants - all family friendly! Property manager was very attentive.

The Worst Nights Sleep in Paradise

First time visiting Siesta Keys. The beaches were amazing. This location is a little ways away from town so you will have to use public transit. It is free and the drivers know how to make the ride fun! Unit D is as pictured for the most part. The pictures do make the unit appear bright but in actuality, the lighting is pretty bad. There were 3 adults and 3 teens in our group. My husband and I shared the master bedroom. The bed was horrible. When you stood at the end it slanted about 8" from one side to the other. The box spring was broken so the boards creaked horribly on the right side. Don't even shift your weight! The mattress had a huge dip in the center. Needless to say, my husband and I slept separately during our stay. We walked A LOT so having restless sleep did matter even though we were in paradise. Other reviews said the same but we thought for sure it couldn't be that bad...now we just wonder why it hasn't been addressed.

Great place, steps from beach

We loved staying at this property! It was well stocked, slept my family of 8 (including a pack and play for my baby), and it took us just a couple minutes to walk to beautiful sandy beaches
 which was soooo nice when I needed to put my baby down for a nap. Location is amazing! Daniel was very responsive and helpful. Chairs, umbrellas and noodles were available to use which was so nice. The master bed was not the most comfortable and was quite squeaky (which I was just super aware of because my baby was sleeping in a pack and play in the same room), but we were at the beach, so it was all ok! Thanks for the great stay! I would stay here again.👍

Amazing location in the #1 Beach towns in the USA

This property is steps away from the beach, a short walk to the ice cream shop and restaurants, and a colorful and vibrant space. The Shared spaces are also delightful and the property has lots of beach chairs, surfboards, barbeque grills, etc. that we could use (and not have to bring on our long drive) Dan was very responsive to any questions and was eager to help. Right across the street from the MTV Siesta Keys mansion was also an unexpected treat.

Location is perfect!

This property was perfect for our family of 6. We spent hours upon hours at the beach which is steps away via public access. Felt very safe at night and overall the area was very quiet during sleep hours. Will be looking at this property again for next years vacation!

Great location

Loved the closeness to the beach. The property needs updating. It’s very cute and comes across as such in photos. Our unit was on the second floor, very spacious. Stairs leading up to the second floor were literally coming apart and maintenance had to come fix them. Worst beds we’ve ever slept on. If staying here, I’d bring your own sheets if possible. Loved having the ability to do laundry. Has a lot of potential, just needs some attention. I’ve stayed near the center of Siesta Key and thought I’d prefer that however this area was away from all of the crowds and more quiet which we liked a lot.

Location is and plenty of amenities to enjoy your stay. Dan has chairs, towels, and everything you need to enjoy the beach. Just show up. Restaurants walkable but downtown siesta key is a few miles away. Would stay agajn

Wonderful Villa

The property is just a few steps from the best beach ever!!! The owner provides beach chairs and umbrellas to make the day enjoyable. When we came back after a great day of sun and fun there are two nice grills that we used to cook up steaks, it was so convenient!! Dan, the property owner, does a really nice job of making the accommodations inviting and comfortable!! 5 stars all the way!!!
