'Struttura molto bella, camera esattamente come da descrizione, parcheggio interno comodissimo. Ma la differenza la fa il servizio, la persona che ci ha accolti è stata molto gentile e carina con noi. È stata una piacevole esperienza! '

But travelers need to be aware that accessing this residence in your own car is not possible. But you can park in a covered garage in town and a valet will take you right to the front door and pick you up when you are ready to leave. Well worth the 35 euro for the service! 'Wow! What an amazing place! Katia is so personable and responds quickly to message through WhatsApp. Hotel has a posh vibe , clean ,quiet and nicely decorated. Room and bathroom are very nice. We were there for Il Palio and Katia answered all about questions and helped us get tickets to a Contrada dinner. She also sent us information to get seats for Il Palio but we did not do this due to cost. Hotel is a great location and walkable to everywhere I would stay there again in there again....

'Personeelsloze checkin is prima geregeld. Hotel is een 800 jaar oud herenhuis. Prima gerenoveerd, alleen de buren zijn goed hoorbaar en het sanitair veroorzaakt erg luide geluiden. Geen ontbijt beschikbaar, ook niet in de nabije omgeving. Ze offeren wel een "alternatief" ontbijt aan maar dat is zeker niet wat je in een gastronomisch land als italie mag verwachten.'

'Ein super schönes Zimmer, sehr zentral mitten in Montepulciano. Es gibt einige Stufen zu überwinden und es gibt kein Lift (oft an diesem Orten wegen der alten bauweise) aber wie gesagt dafür tolle Lage und ein sehr schönes Zimmer - kann ich nur empfehlen.'

'We were very impressed by our stay at the Poggio Paradise Resort. On arrival we were greeted personally by Paolo who upgraded us to the best room in the resort, helped us with the luggage and gave us a tour of the whole property. The Poggio feels like a private villa in the middle of Tuscany, the views at breakfast on the manicured lawns are to die for and the breakfast itself was delicious! We would love to come back one day! '

'Hotel is small, old and out-of-the-way but was in a beautiful Tuscan setting with a beautiful view from our balcony. There was a very reasonable restaurant across the street. The room was an excellent value for the money. The owner even gave us a ride to the train station when our early morning taxi failed to show up. '

'The most beautiful property you have ever been in. A true palace and wonderful house, historic property, all original. Breakfast was outstanding and the owners are wonderful. Can't say enough good things about this place. Location is perfect.'
