'Right in grand world we were a block from the gondola canals! Greeted with tea and hospitality there was only 2 rooms on our floor so cute! They had painted birds all over the place and breakfast was included both days with lots of options. They helped us with transfers to/from the airport and that was a lot less stress than trying to find a free bus with luggage. Very glad we picked this hotel.'

'It's the typical guest house rooms by the water. They have 2 locations, I didn't know this when I book after my friend book with them. They send me to the other side of the water. We had to carry 2 heavy luggage over the bridge. No elevators to 3rd floor. Room is basic, typical shower without cover so water can get everywhere. The staff are friendly and nice though. When we arrive the homestay, the host said the pervious customer would like to stay one more day and force us change to another homestay for our first day. Oroginally we should have whole apartment. They just give us 2 rooms for the first night and refund $80 for the room they cant provide to us.
