We had a problem with the fridge and reached out to the property manager via this site and heard nothing. '

'We stayed for two nights and indulged in a spacious, clean & beautifully designed (triple) room and delicious kaiseki style dinner & breakfast. The room came with a private onsen as well! The hotel is situated along the river shore, which makes wonderful scenery during breakfast and dinner. We saw deers and raccoon dogs while enjoying our meals or taking an onsen bath. 'The rooftop mixed onsen was a big surprise, but super nice as we don't usually get to be with family members of other sex. (You do provide basic swimwear). It was so nice to look over the lake and just chill out in the onsen upstairs, but the main onsen were also incredible. Food options were plenty in the restaurant (buffet style), and it's so close to the Ainu Kotan... definitely worth a visit!!'
