'Definitely a good hotel. Not only is it spotless and new, but also it had all the amenities we needed. We had to book shortly in advance because of a family emergency and in hindsight we were very happy we could still be accomodated here. The hotel is perfectly located with shops (Wholefoods across the street !) and restaurants nearby (try the sushi at Yotsuba and the pizza at Pieology !). 'Everything was great! The only issue we had was with the pull out sofa. The mattress was unusually uncomfortable. I know sofa beds are not the most comfortable to begin with but this mattress was the worst i had seen. It has springs throughout right under the material that covered it. You felt every one of them. My grandsons who slept on it, would have rather slept on the floor. Thankfully, the staff gave us an extra comforter that we laid over top and cushioned the springs a little. When a six...
