« It's a cute little place and served our purpose of being near the Top of the Rock, Branson Belle, and Branson. We had plenty of linens and enjoyed the hot tub on the back deck. It was quiet and peaceful.During our stay, the city put a water boil advisory into effect, so we weren't able to use the tap water for drinking, ice, brushing teeth, etc. We weren't expecting that, but no fault of anyone and Ryan text to make sure we were aware, which was extremely kind of him to do. I did give 4 stars...

« The house had everything we needed for a short weekend stay - VERY clean. The space was perfect for a trip spent with family. Plenty of space in the living area / dining room, and the patio was a perfect morning and evening space, since it was hot. The host was quick to respond to messages and had awesome recommendations in the area. We enjoyed Promise Land safari and Roaring River state park for trout fishing! »

We enjoyed the hot tub, relaxing upstairs in the swings, and the location is just a short drive up the road from all the attractions. It’s exactly how we wanted to spend our honeymoon! « Property was wonderful and is as advertised. The bedroom locations work great for families that want separation (our group had teenagers so it was nice that they could have their own floor with the adults having the main floor). The back deck, with hot tub, was the place to be a night. The location of the property is just far enough away from the hustle and bustle of the strip but close enough that getting to places wasn't inconvenient. I would highly recommend! »

« We stayed for 5 days, and everything was super comfortable. The bed is a very nice tempur-pedic, and was wonderful for my back. There was plenty of room for our 1 yr old to run around and play without getting underfoot, or without damaging anything. The only hiccup was a mold like substance that came out of the jetted tub when first turned on. We let the owner know, and then let warm soapy water run for about 10 minutes. That cleared it up entirely. Check out was super easy, and straightforward....
