Séjour de 4 jours la chambre était bonne mais trop de bruit des voisins donc difficile à dormir. Chambres mal isolées au niveau sonore, on entend également les bruits dans les escaliers lorsque les gens décendent

Second time at the Jonas . It’s good value for money if you want to lay your head and have a good shower . Rooms and showers are dated but clean . Wi-Fi and TV . Staff always cheerful and helpful. Will stay again .

This is obviously quite a 'bare bones' hotel but given how expensive some hotels can be in Sheffield, it was brilliant value. We parked easily, were able to check in early and it's a convenient location for getting in and out of the city easily. Coffee & a croissant for breakfast was a nice touch. Would definitely stay again.

Whilst a hot drink and pastry may not be substantial for some of our guests, we have found that most enjoy a smaller breakfast and like the option that they can order something bigger from our café menu if they wish. The staff were very friendly and helpful and i felt at home right away. My room was spotless and the shower was fantastic! Also the breakfast pastry and tea in the morning were delicious! If I am ever in Sheffield I will definitely stay at The Jonas Hotel again. Thank you for the wonderful stay!

Staff were amazing, my partner couldnt walk much, and staff were brilliant and booked us a taxi for the hospital appointment, and even gave us a small jug of milk so we could make ourselves a tea with our own travel kettle... room was clean, bathroom was amazing for disabled partner and his wheelchair, easy access doors and lift for wheelchairs, shall deffo use jonas hotel again, especially if u need have appointment for the hospital,

I found this to be good budget accommodation. Small room, but everything you need was there. It’s getting a bit shabby - the mattress had a dip in it and the paintwork was worn. But it is well priced. My main gripe is that I chose this hotel because it said it had on site parking. There is on site parking, but it is woefully inadequate. I think this should have been explained fully during the booking process.

We have a 24-hour reception team, as well as on-site security, who are more than happy to assist our guests with any noise complaints that may arise. I’m extremely surprised to hear that you were disappointed with the cleanliness of the room. All of our rooms are checked over by our Housekeeping Manager before we allow guests to check in and I’m sorry that this was missed. I will pass on your comments to the Housekeeping Team to avoid this happening again. Regards

Converted student accommodation. Room was clean and bedding good . Bathroom was clean but the metal grooves around the shower frame needed some cleaning. The reception area/ snack bar staff were welcoming and courteous. The complimentary drink and pastry each morning was appreciated. There are no frills but good value for the price . It was perfect for me as I just needed a place to sleep and I would certainly stay again.

Bit tricky to find initially, but happy to have onsite parking, friendly welcoming staff, and a basic but clean room with a comfortable bed. The location is good for visiting the University and walkable to the campus.

Good for the price I paid but if I paid more I wouldn't have been impressed. The rooms echo and not soundproof at all. Also I struggled to access the wifi from my room due to weak signal which caused me problems with a video call I had to make. Bed was comfortable. Shower powerful. All very clean. Staff were friendly. Would stay again but only if same price.

Good basic accommodation, mainly for parents and friends visiting students, rooms like student ones but nicer. Beds clean and comfortable. Communal kitchen has kettle/ microwave - stuff left in fridge disappeared though. Bit noisy on Saturday night/morning but only banging doors, no parties. Quiet other nights. Staff very friendly and helpful. Would stay again. Actually have extended my stay.

Good value and very comfortable
I have stayed here before and was happy to return. A great value stay in Sheffield not too far from the centre. The staff are very helpful, the rooms and bathroom are clean and modern. I will definitely be back.

My wife and I were visiting the University to visit our daughter and the Jonas is right there on the same campus as she is - so ideally located. The beds are quite small so maybe book two rooms if you're travelling as a couple, but the hotel is great, brilliant value and ideally located for Endcliffe and the uni.

Great find
The hotel is clean and tidy, the staff are very helpful and friendly. The rooms are a little small but have everything you need. There are communal kitchens on every floor ao you can cook your food and make your own tea and coffee. Overall would definitely recommend

Such friendly staff, really impressed by this hotel. Perfectly cosy bedroom and great little shower room, breakfast was exactly what I needed. Though I didn’t use the kitchen, it is huge with great facilities and plenty space to dine, so on my (definite) return visit I will make the most of this too! Fabulous stay, thank you.
