« Secure free parking, 2 minute walk to the waterfront, wonderful views, swimming pool, gym and hot tub, modern, first class accommodation with little luxurious extras like mint shower steam fizzes thrown in. The only problem we encountered was returning the key because the box would not reset in the 7/11 so make sure to leave time for that. Jodi told us to just leave the keys inside the apartment when we phoned her. Highly recommended property. »

« We had a wonderful stay. This is a beautiful very spacious unit. It is clean, modern and in a great location. We were pleasantly surprised to see a king bed in main bedroom and 2 full bathrooms. We hadn’t expected that from reading the listing. The owner and property manager were extremely helpful with the couple of special requests we had. We highly recommend this condo. »

« The condo suite is as advertised. Very modern design. James, the host, was right on top of things and communication was outstanding. The location is actually great, within walking distance of the harbor and downtown. The immediate neighborhood is in transition, as it is going through improvement with new construction and upgrading of the properties in the vicinity. « The condo was very spacious and well equipped. It was very central to downtown Victoria. The views were superior. The double bed was very soft and quite difficult to get into. By contrast, the futon like bed in the living room was very low and not completely even. All in all the accommodation was very good with a fine kitchen and superior laundry facilities. The only Serious downside was the overpowering smell of urine in the temporary check-in parking area. This must be cleaned up. »

« This was a spectacular condo with the most amazing east to west ocean views! A perfectly appointed condo in a wonderful, safe neighborhood just minutes away from the harbor and The Empress. Underground parking was very convenient. I’d definitely stay again! »

« This is a great spot with a beautiful set up. Well-stocked with what we needed to cook for ourselves, lovely view down the street from the windows. The location is so conveniently central - we were easily able to walk from the ferry terminal and were able to entirely navigate our intinerary by fairly minimal walking and using the bus! It made for a very pleasant weekend and made the issue of no dedicated parking at this property completely irrelevant. We had a slight hiccup with housekeeping...
