'The room was clean, the staff was very friendly … the company should be proud of them … the only slight negative was the requirement to pay £1.00 by a card in case I ordered at the bar or in my room … I didn’t intend to do either so it seemed needless to ask and as I was staying for an event on the Saturday ( I was there to set up) it was a shame I had to pay for car parking … but apart from that, my stay was a 9.9 out of 10.'
