Merveilleux séjour à l’hôtel Steigenberger
Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour dans cette hôtel. Malgré un petit souci de transfert à l’arrivée bien vite réglé, nous avons été accueillis par Mohamed Abd Elgelil qui nous avait réservé une superbe chambre pour notre anniversaire de mariage. Hôtel magnifique avec des éclairages le soir à tomber par terre. Très bonne restauration. Très belle plage avec possibilité de snorkeling au bout du ponton. Il y a même l’épave d’un énorme cargo avoir à quelques centaines de mètres du ponton. Très bon service de plage avec Ali qui est d’une gentillesse exceptionnelle. Juste un petit point négatif, la baignade est difficile devant la plage car il y a peu de profondeur. Si vous souhaitez faire des excursions. Contactez Houda, numéro +201068059167, Elle est d’une gentillesse et d’un professionnalisme exceptionnel et elle vous organisera des sorties sur-mesure que vous n’oublierai jamais. Et un énorme merci à Achraf Elsayed qui s’est occupé de nous du petit déjeuner au dîner, non seulement c’est un grand professionnel mais c’est aussi une belle personne. Je vous recommande cette hôtel sans hésitation, moi qui suis venu de nombreuses fois à Sharm El Sheik.

We enjoyed our 4-night stay at swim-up rooms and truly enjoyed having the pool right in our balcony. It offered great privacy. The hotel over all was nice and as luxurious as promised. The staff are nice and friendly. There is a large selection of food but it could be better. Note to people of color- the majority of guests are white and unfortunately many carry themselves with so much privilege. Not the fault of the hotel, but something to be aware

Beautiful beach resort. It’s new with spacious and well insulated rooms. The food was very good and I highly recommend opting for the all inclusive option. The beach and multiple pools are perfect and make you feel like you are truly in paradise. Lots of games too - tennis, billiards, corn hole, volleyball, etc. My only negative comment is that they don’t know how to make mixed drinks and the wine is subpar, but everything else was 5 stars.

Beautiful hotel, pictures do not do it credit. Staff were so helpful, however the food whilst lots of choice, was very average, notable exception was the Japanese which we enjoyed. However the seafood whilst the location on the beach perfect, gave me a nasty bout of food poisoning which was not ideal. Was I unlucky yes probably but be careful.

We loved this hotel. It’s our first visit to Sharm after 20 years and the hotel location, structure, furniture and all facilities are amazing. The service is something else, everyone wants to provide you with the best service. We loved all the waiters in the main restaurant and the chiefs. The food is very tasty with so many varieties to please everyone. We loved everything and will definitely come back when we visit Egypt and Sharm again.

This is a wonderful hotel, one of the best I’ve ever been. There are so many remarkable things, and among all of them is the team that works in the hotel. Everybody (the Director, waiters, cleaning guy, etc.) was just great! They are always kind and very efficient. There’s one remarkable thing I would like to report: one day I forgot to close the security box with my watch (a Rolex), my wallet with cash (both US$ and €) and credit cards inside. The cleaning guy called immediately the Director, they made an inventory then secured the security box. When I came back in the late evening, they told me about what happened, and nothing were stolen or lost (not even a penny). I think that this fact is an example of the honesty they have, and the passion they put in their jobs. Congratulations! I spent a wonderful vacation! I will definitely come back!

It was a great welcoming property with good children activities! The spa is quite over priced, resorts needs more supermarkets and little food stalls outside the premises. We had a slight issue during check in as there was high check in traffic and unfortunately the lady who checked us in barely spoke English and vaguely explained about the hotel, however later on we had a word with the general manager Mr. Moamen and he very patiently listened to us and assisted. Ahmed at the breakfast buffet was helpful and always happy to assist us.

Had a fantastic week at the Steigenberger Alcazar amd would highly recommend it to everyone especially the all inclusive option. The resort is quite new and has fantastic facilities whether you are a sport enthusiast or just looking to relax. Personnel is always friendly and helpful and felt pampered throughout my stay. Finally the food at the 5 a la carte restaurants as well as the main one is simply outstanding both in terms of quality and variety (the pastry counter at breakfast is a sight to behold!)

Best vacation
Steigenberger Alcazar on of the best hotels i visited from my experience. I went to alot of hotels in different countries but really this hotel is magnificent. They treat you a royal treatment. This hotel is the best because of the management and the staff. They are very helpful and friendly. Starting from the reception, a special thanks to Ms. Omnia, the check-in was smooth and quickly , everything is organised and she was very helpful and friendly the whole stay. Thank you also to all the golf car drivers and staff like Reda ( sorry I can't remember all the names) but they are always around you and take you to anywhere you want inside the hotel. The food was amazing , fresh , tasty and there is alot of varieties. Big thanks to the chefs and the waiters, All of them are hard workers , helpful and around you fulfill all your needs before even you ask (thank you makin) . Thank you to Ms. Maya in the kids club , she is very friendly and the kids love her ❤️ especially the face painting 😊😅. She is always entertain the kids even with different playing ideas.Thank you to Omar in the animation team, he is very funny and active. And the Cuban couples in the animation team are amazing, I love their acrobatics show every night , they are very talented. The sea is very nice for snorkeling, there is alot of colourful corals and fishes. Offcourse I will go again to this magnificent hotel inshallah.

Great Stay!!
An amazing experience at this lovely Hotel, highly recommended for a vacation in sharam, food is super fresh and tasty, drinks are very nice, pool is always clean, beach services are at it best.

We just got back from a two week stay at Steigenberger Alcazar. This was our first time to SSH and it was great. The staff at the hotel are great! Super professional and courteous. Special shout outs to our housekeeper - Hossan who was so kind and always with a smile on his face, the omelet chef at breakfast - Mohammad who made us our omelets every morning as soon as he saw us, the restaurant manager who was temporarily servicing Limoni while we were there but he told us his main restaurant was La Maison - he was very attentive and kind and the front desk person who helped resolved our room issue. These people made our stay extra special. Thank you! The food - if there was a rating I would give the food 7/10. The issue with it was some things were delicious but other things were undercooked or overcooked. If we ordered a dish, the meat would be great but then we would get undercooked potatoes or pasta etc. some of the buffet dishes were also not very good taste wise and was not hot (temperature wise) always just lukewarm. However, if you had any issues the staff always went above and beyond to try and resolve the issue. When we go back to SSH, we would definitely stay at this hotel again and experience the wonderful hospitality of the staff. Also they took care of the property really well. Every morning we would see people cleaning constantly from the gardens to the buildings, fountains, pool areas etc.

5 stars is not enough to rate this property. It truly far exceeds any expectations. No detail is overlooked. The staff is so attentive and accomodating. No request was an issue. Special mention to Omnia who works with Guest Services. She anticipated our every need and helped us with things we did not even think to ask for. She has made our experience outstanding.
