'Very clean and new'

'Breakfast is terrible.Table and chairs are dirty. Food is cold, not even lukewarm. Food sitting there at room temperature for hours. Hotel room is ok except some annoying cigarette odour from air conditioning occasionally at night . Have to turn off the air con to avoid the smell. Individual hotel staff is not friendly and helpful. When I checked out, I used credit card to pay. Somehow they have problem with the machine and I have no choice but to pay with WeChat. 'Goed hotel. Gratis biertje aan de bar. Uitstekend ontbijt. Vriendelijk personeel.'

'Mooi hotel, goede locatie. Goed ontbijt.'

'Very comfortable, firm mattresses good for sleeping, a pillow menu, easy and direct access from exit 4 of the Century Park metro station. '

'Clean rooms'

'Zeer mooi hotel met een perfecte locatie'

'Kamers was schoon en de personeel was ook heel goed '

'Kind staff, good location, nice hotel room, and a beautiful view of Nanjing Road.'

'Room was nice, clean and spacious all the amenities were great. The staff I interacted with even though we had a language barrier were very nice and accommodating. They even helped us get our lugagge shipped to chengdu while we were outside shopping. We mostly took didi's but noticed on the last day that metro station was extremely close. I would definitely stay here again when visiting Shanghai.'

'Lief personeel en altijd vriendelijk en behulpzaam'

'弄太婷儿'

'Prachtig, goed onderhouden hotel.

'Geweldig hotel, fantastische plek, heerlijk ontbijt'

'Very nice hotel, in the city centre, near the People’s Square Subway that has several lines + at night we craved a lot so in the cozy small streets we always could find open restaurants, real old school Chinese vibes! Thank you everyone, specially Tristan and her dear colleagues❤️ we were daily also using the Fitness place which had everything! The main reason for choosing this hotel was the Location, fitness and nice comfy rooms. Probably next visit Shanghai will be again in this Location! 都感谢！'
